Graduates

Change Recruitment Group also offers graduate opportunities in recruitment. Graduates would be joining established and very successful recruitment teams in financial services, international, HR, legal, accountancy and finance and commercial sectors.

Responsibilities would include:

Managing and developing new and existing business relationships with clients
Developing candidate generation strategies
Advertising and marketing via all media avenues
Searching databases to match candidates to client’s requirements accurately
Screening and interviewing candidates
Skills testing and evaluation of candidates
Managing candidate and client expectations through the recruitment process
Meeting with clients to discuss requirements and develop relationships
Marketing candidates to clients
Lead generation
Increasing revenue and cross selling the Change Recruitment brand
Strong emphasis upon new business development
