A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a global data processing company based in Glasgow City Centre for confident and energetic Customer Service Consultants.
Due to the launch of a new client to their already prestigious portfolio there are interviews available immediately for the right candidate to join their growing team.
Your responsibilities:- To be the first point of contact for all customers – handling inbound and outbound cardholder enquiries
- Building a thorough knowledge of the companies products to ensure that you give an unsurpassed service
- Promoting company products that are suitable for the customers needs
- Ensuring through excellent service the retention of the customer

Experience and skills required:- Customer service experience preferably from a call centre environment

Team Manager
Experienced Team Managers required for a growing global data processing company based in Glasgow City Centre.
We require someone who has excellent motivational skills and can act as a positive role model for the team while maintaining a pro-active and flexible approach in a reactive environment.
Your responsibilities:- Leading and developing a team of up to 12 consultants
- Interact with individual team members on a daily basis and provide coaching to improve sales, performance and attendance
- Act as a mentor to develop and support senior agents within the team ensuring that they have career progression opportunities
- Establish and maintain effective working partnerships both internally and externally to improve working practices and effectiveness
- Manage all call escalations and take full ownership until a satisfactory resolution has been reached
