It’s vital that you remain motivated and positive. To ensure this we will give you:- Guaranteed OTE £36k minimum in year one
- £42 - £65k in year two – our top performers are currently pushing £70k year to date
- Business working hours – go take the weekend and spend your bonus!
- A gorgeous open plan sales office to work from – with pool table, lounge area and plush desktop facilities
- Ad hoc and ongoing incentives – proper ones for proper sales people. We figure you already have an i-pod, or can take lunch out if you’d like. We think more along the lines of long weekends to Vegas, private yachts in Dubai, the Maldives, or French Riviera – and company car competitions – we won’t lend you a Porsche if you win – we’ll give you one.

Ok. So you’ve got it. Now what do we want you to do with it?
As one of our elite, you’ll also be a hybrid – hunter and farmer in one. Your business will be hard sales, wrapped in a soft service ribbon.
Whether aggressively selling to a portfolio of existing account s or actively developing broader penetration of your market by winning new business, your understanding of your customers’ HR requirements is key.
You’ll profile, be solutions driven and complete every part of the sales cycle before closing the deal and contributing to your company – and commission!
